Make Automation

Understand the Google connection before authorizing it. This personal integration uses Make to organize files and save workflow results in the owner’s Google Drive.

What it does

The owner runs configured workflows for document creation, file organization, and personal messaging. Google Drive steps find folders, create folders, and upload generated documents or images. Related workflows can record results in Google Docs or Sheets and deliver replies through LINE.

Who operates it

Yu-Che Lin operates this integration for personal use. In Google’s permission screen, the connection is named gmail/drive automation. Make hosts and executes the workflows.

Google permissions

The existing connection requests the account email address, broad Google Drive access, and permission to read, send, and delete Gmail messages. The current workflows using this connection perform Drive operations; the Gmail permission is part of the existing authorization. Review the permissions shown by Google before connecting.

Your controls

The owner can stop workflows in Make and remove the connection. Google access can also be revoked in Google Account connections. Files already created remain in their destination until deleted.
